Hi! We are just starting into the farming business. We love to have fun with our farm and animals. We fell in love with the fluffy Scottish Highland Coos in Scotland. Both of our families are Scottish, so we decided what the hay? And that is how it all began.

We love on and interact with all of our cows daily. We started our farm with a unique breed, so we decided to stay with uniqueness as our mission. I, Mary, have always loved draft horses. After seeing Harley the Magnificent at the Kentucky Derby, we knew what draft breed to delve into. We own two American Sugarbush Harlequin Draft horses and one miniature Appaloosa horse.

We are working to make Five Oaks Farm a teaching farm. It is our mission to teach and promote youth in the agricultural field. To stay true this mission, we have a few junior interns to show our cattle. We hope to one day work with the Vet School at Clemson University.
